A long-time Watts trainee and O’Dea High School standout, Tyler earned a scholarship to play at Eastern Washington University. First off the bench, then earning a staring role as point guard, he averaged 12 points and 3.8 assists per game in the Big Sky Conference as a senior.
In league play Kidd was 7th in assists (3.8), 9th in free-throw percentage (81.2%) and 9th in 3-point field goal percentage (42.3%).
Tyler has an elite skillset and understanding of managing his team’s offense, creating plays and shots for teammates, and scoring at the point guard position.
After a successful career at Eastern, Tyler is currently training with Watts and preparing to make his professional debut overseas next season!
