They change programs. They arrive prepared.

Over the years, Watts Basketball athletes have helped elevate team culture, raise standards, and contribute to some of the most successful seasons in program history.
When coaches want their program to improve, they need players who know how to work, train, compete, and lead.
That’s what Preseason training develops
the season is coming
Every week without a plan is a missed opportunity.
Most players spend the preseason hoping they’ll improve.
Varsity Prep players enter the season with:
- A plan
- Better habits
- More confidence
- More reps
- A clear role
- Greater readiness
Don’t enter the season guessing. Enter prepared and dominate.
