1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Watts Basketball Academy (“Watts Basketball,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://wattsbasketball.com/, as well as your participation in any programs, classes, camps, clinics, events, or services offered by Watts Basketball.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

Parents or legal guardians must register participants under the age of 18.

By registering a participant, you represent that:

You are the participant’s parent or legal guardian, or
You have the legal authority to enroll the participant in our programs.

3. Program Registration

Registration is subject to availability.

Watts Basketball reserves the right to:

Accept or decline registrations
Establish eligibility requirements
Modify schedules, locations, instructors, or program formats
Limit enrollment in any program

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

4. Fees and Payments

Program fees must be paid according to the payment terms provided during registration.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Watts Basketball and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

Suspension of participation
Cancellation of registration
Loss of reserved program placement

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Participant Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific program:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date may receive a refund minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date may be eligible for a credit rather than a refund.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless required by law.

Program Changes

Watts Basketball reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, combine, or modify programs due to weather, facility availability, instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

When a program is cancelled by Watts Basketball, participants may receive a refund, account credit, or transfer option at our discretion.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in basketball training, camps, clinics, and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Falls
Physical contact
Equipment-related injuries
Sprains, fractures, and other injuries

By participating, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

7. Medical Authorization

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are physically able to participate safely.

In the event of an emergency, Watts Basketball may seek medical treatment when a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached.

Parents and guardians agree to be financially responsible for any medical care provided.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to demonstrate:

Respect toward coaches, staff, officials, and other participants
Good sportsmanship
Safe behavior
Compliance with program rules

Watts Basketball reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with program values.

No refund will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

9. Parent and Spectator Conduct

Parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment.

Harassment, intimidation, abusive language, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, coaches, officials, participants, or other families may result in removal from facilities and/or termination of participation privileges.

10. Photography and Media Release

Unless a parent or guardian submits a written opt-out request, participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during programs, camps, clinics, and events.

Watts Basketball may use photographs, videos, and recordings for:

Marketing
Social media
Website content
Promotional materials
Educational and training purposes

No compensation will be provided for such use.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including:

Logos
Graphics
Videos
Training materials
Text
Images
Branding

is the property of Watts Basketball or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Introduce malicious software or code
Interfere with website functionality
